USACE Fort Worth District: Eastern Area Office Construction Phase Services Support

From 2018 through 2024, LRS served as the prime contractor on a $10 million USACE Fort Worth District IDIQ, providing construction management services across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Through multiple contracts and three successive task order awards, USACE repeatedly selected LRS to continue supporting the Eastern Area Office construction program, reflecting sustained confidence in our performance and project delivery.

LRS deployed an eight-person on-site team consisting of five Quality Assurance Representatives and three Engineering Technicians who worked alongside Government personnel at Fort Polk and Red River Army Depot. Over the course of the program, the team supported 56 construction projects totaling more than $260 million in construction value and approximately 1 million square feet of facilities. The portfolio included barracks renovations, hospital and pharmacy upgrades, roof and window replacements, modernization of training facilities, a veterans cemetery expansion, campus-wide utility improvements, and repairs to buildings and infrastructure damaged by Hurricane Laura.

Our team provided construction management services throughout the project lifecycle, including site investigations, constructability reviews, source selection support, pre-bid activities, submittal and RFI management, schedule and cost oversight, quality assurance inspections, pay application reviews, commissioning support, project closeout, and documentation within the USACE Resident Management System (RMS).
