Naval Hospital Guam: Repair/Renew/Reconfigure USP Compounding Suite

LRS Federal is supporting the design-build modernization of the USP Compounding Suite at Naval Hospital Guam by providing engineering services for a technically complex healthcare renovation within an active military medical facility. Our team reconfigures approximately 450 square feet of pharmacy space and designs upgrades to the architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems to achieve USP 797/800 compliance for an ISO Class 7 sterile compounding environment.

Working closely with the design-build team, LRS is coordinating multidisciplinary engineering efforts, integrating new systems with the hospital's existing infrastructure, enhancing environmental controls, pharmacy workflow, and regulatory compliance while minimizing impacts to ongoing hospital operations.
